On World Autism Awareness Day, we celebrate the contributions of persons with autism and renew our resolve to advance their inherent rights.值此世界提高對(duì)自閉癥認(rèn)識(shí)日之際，我們贊頌自閉癥患者的貢獻(xiàn)，并重申決心促進(jìn)他們的固有權(quán)利。Despite important progress, persons with autism continue to face social and environmental barriers to the full exercise of their rights and fundamental freedoms, in line with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.自閉癥患者在根據(jù)《殘疾人權(quán)利公約》和《2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程》充分行使權(quán)利和基本自由方面盡管取得了重要進(jìn)展，但仍繼續(xù)面臨社會(huì)和環(huán)境障礙。We must do better – by promoting inclusive education, equal employment opportunities, self-determination, and an environment where every person is respected. And as we do so, we also recognize the role of families, caregivers, and support networks in the lives of persons with autism.我們必須做得更好，為此應(yīng)促進(jìn)全納教育，推動(dòng)平等就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)，倡導(dǎo)自決，營(yíng)造人人受到尊重的環(huán)境。在此過(guò)程中，我們也認(rèn)識(shí)到家庭、照料者和支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)在自閉癥患者生活中發(fā)揮的作用。Today and every day, let us fully recognize the active and diverse contributions of persons with autism to our societies – and let us work together with persons with autism to build an inclusive and accessible world for all.今天，以及每一天，讓我們充分認(rèn)可自閉癥患者為我們社會(huì)作出的多種多樣的積極貢獻(xiàn)，讓我們與自閉癥患者共同努力，為所有人構(gòu)建包容而無(wú)障礙的世界。
